All off street CAMPUS parking passes are $20 per car, per month, and are automatically added to your monthly rental payment amount.  All campus garage parking passes are $40 a month.  The number of parking passes we can offer your group is limited to the amount of off street passes available at each individual property. Please also note that not every property has off street parking available.  In general, our off street parking passes are included in the rental amount for our off campus communities (such as Drayton Court).
