Q1: Do you rent only to Ohio State students?
A: Most of our residents are Ohio State students, but we also rent to recent graduates and faculty members looking for housing near campus or in Central Columbus.
Q2: What sizes of properties do you offer?
A: We have a wide range of options from 1-bedroom apartments to 12-bedroom houses on and around campus.
Q3: Are pets allowed?
A: Many of our properties are pet-friendly. Each listing notes the specific pet policy, including any fees or breed restrictions.
Q4: How close are your properties to campus?
A: Most of our homes are within walking or biking distance to Ohio State University, with quick access to classes, dining, and nightlife.
Q5: How do I apply to rent?
A: You can view current availability and start the application process directly from our listings on the “Properties” page.
Q6: What utilities are typically included?
A: No utilties are not included in the monthly rent except for trash service.
Q7: When does leasing season begin for OSU students?
A: Campus leasing starts on September 1st for the following school year. We recommend applying as soon as listings open to secure your preferred location.
